- The Nematological Society of Southern Africa (NSSA) is dedicated to advance the science of Nematology in Southern Africa in both its fundamental and applied aspects.To serve this purpose the Society acts as an agency for the exchange of information, holds regular symposia and promotes and extends knowledge in all phases of the subjects. The NSSA brings together scientists, researchers and like-minded individuals from Africa who dedicate themselves to the study of nematodes. Short courses are also organised when the need arises.
